This is another site you can leave up all day - -it updates the latest stocks that are moving as well as shows a 'heat map' of the SP Index.

Very nice site with a lot of different tabs for various information, including insider buys and sells.

General question: When you are day trading, what type of sell rules do you follow? Do you sell or do a stop on stock if it falls below a certain purchase point?
