yes, and we may all be uspet with Stucki, but its my understanding he is saving us a bundle for waiting till this year to get us back to the OTCBB. I have a hunch why we save so much, but if someone can get the dirty details that would be great.

"It is our understanding that we will only need to go back two years, therefore this number should be considerably less with September 2010 year end. At that time we will look at and seek a quote once again."

I did find out some details about this. AMHI should win IMO. AMHI has a charge for passing patients to the affiliates, where the affiliates did actually bill the patient for AMHI's services to get them into their clinic, yet they never gave AMHI their cut. Thus, its my understanding that AMHI will no longer depend on them, and will charge the customer/patient themselves.

NOTE! if AMHI collects this, this should easily cover the OTCBB

As some of you know, our affiliate clinic business dropped off due to the fact that the Doc’s at the affiliate clinics were collecting our money and keeping it. Therefore we stopped sending them patients. We are owed well in excess of 150,000 and have recently engaged a law firm to go after this money. We are slowly ramping the affiliate program back up, but with better controls in place.

If I recall, and I'll need to dig through some stuff over the last couple years where AMHI did post information, AMHI has about 4 clinics that bring in around 400-500k/month. This is pretty damn good for a pinksheet! With the afflicated clinics, which I think AMHI has around 20-30, they only bring something like 200-300k/year if I recall, still not bad for a pinksheet!

This makes AMHI very appealing to merge with! And, its what we here would like since it should work in our interest! Just think of the excitment this could generate for us investors that got in early! (well, too early for people like me)

We have a tax loss carry forward of nearly 6 million dollars, which has real value

We have recently started looking for a strategic partner to merge with. We have a tax loss carry forward of nearly 6 million dollars, which has real value. In order to maintain this value in the tax loss carry forward the company must be in a like or similar business i.e.…healthcare.

Note, I'm pretty sure Pat does not collect a salary yet either from AMHI, until sales of rehaboc start to increase.

The majority of American Health Choice, Inc. revenue continues to come from its clinic operations. We continue to operate very lean, without the CEO drawing a salary. We have been able to remain current on our accounts payables and have implemented some new protocol to help with collections.

So all in all, AMHI is current with the IRS, paid off the development of omnibodyscan's creditors, pays all its bills, pays all its taxes, makes and makes a profit, yet tiny, but a profit. the OS and AS is small, no dumping as we can easily all tell. AMHI is a smoking deal, just ssllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy, where once AMHI starts to merger with or begins to file back to the OTCBB things here will get hot fast! just look how quick this stock has increased with small news. It didn't hold because Stucki does not know how to keep his investors excited, but soon this will change.
