It's intentional ... they see the technicals too and realize we're close to a technical break-out.

So why not frustrate the most shares out right before the break-out ... think CD*V right before its big leg-up. Folks were throwing away sub-.40s out of frustration (i almost did!), but then next thing you know they're moving us up as soon as they realized they werent able to shake out anymore shares.
