Wow... many companies I know have specialists such as actuaries, tax attorneys, etcetera... Not every CEO is fully knowledgable in specialty areas but rather they rely heavily on highly skilled folks such as you for the purpose of planning and executing decisions.
Your statements to which I am responding come across as attacking of management... which is quite a turnoff considering your background as a highly skilled and trained professional.
