Among the top 12 or so posters here, many of whom have saved to their own hard drives copies of the relevant filings, reports, theories and evidence, there is a repository second to none for some keen publisher and experienced editor/s.
The book is here! Hank Paulson's book is ancillary to the event from the point of view of stock holders of WAMU. imho
Why? Because, from the point of view of the stock holder, all the rationalizations or "reasoning" in the world doesn't explain what happened. What happened will be dictated by the outcome of the judge's decision and the involvment of the Equity Committee.
