The Company has turned over accountings for years 2000 through 2007 to the auditor. However, a delay occurred with respect to the subsequent years because the Company lacked adequate documentation relating to the purchase of the control block of shares during 2008. Specifically, My Pleasure Ltd. purchased the control interest of the Company through a direct investment into the enterprise in the amount of $150,000.00. The funds were applied to corporate restructuring and legal fees incurred during the tenure of the prior manager's of the Company. Because of this, documentation was not readily available to the present control group. While this caused a delay, the Company now received what it believes is sufficient verification of the 2008 transactions that will enable it to move forward. Nevertheless, it does not appear that the audit will be completed by March 30, 2010, and the Company will notify the Securities and Exchange Commission of the delay this coming week.
