FUD is definately within this OEM-supported contract...agree w/you there.

OEM is probably DELL??

And of the $5.7M, $3.32M is still cancelable, and is spread out over 5 years.

Really, not a very big deal at all.

But promissing, IF Wave can deliver on its sales (DISMAL record) AND customer service (unproven).
