I agree. I think even being untra conservative, reaching $0.20 would not be difficult with the right deal. But, depending on the specifics, I agree that $1 to $2 would not be unrealistic. Now, if they announce a deal with Rusty and then follow it up with a deal on one of the other properties shortly thereafter, we are golden (no pun intended). Throw in uplisting and wow!
