I think a JV or some sort of other major deal could be very very close. Depending on the nature of the deal, I believe $1 to $2 bucks could be hit pretty easily if they give us money upfront and it's a major company and the deal it self is good. Kens going to put the investors first in any deals so I would expect the deal to be pretty fantastic IMO.
