i got one of those "wont pay the commission" left overs.
to make such a pr, why not just make the statement...dividend...
and leave out all the why's and wherefores. the relevance
is we are shucking this aside. everyone(most) knows why without
the negative explanation. good done with that...maybe i got
something...maybe not...but don't tell everyone we are giving
nothing away but now we don't need to think about it anymore.
wipe brow and utter "whew,let's move on".
no biggee, just a stripped down zero.
get on with the business at hand.
