I've flip this twice in 12 months, low .02. high .03,like I say buy aroung .02 or less and make sure you sell on the pop,you will always make the opportunity to buy back around .02

NEWSFLASH: there is no grant money in the STTR program after Phase II. The 750K is the final amount....which doesn't even cover a years worth of salaries for the executive management. Concerning sales, they have ONE BILLION more shares being added to the AS. The OS is already over ONE BILLION. How many flashlights do you think they have to sale to get a sustained price rise?
Durando has been in the business of selling stock for over a decade....hence the soon to be THREE BILLION OVERALL SHARE COUNT.
I'd probably be worrying a little or actually a lot....and perhaps consider your friends adviced....the same adviced I've been giving for years.
