billd1, what would ZVTK have to file with the SEC regarding dilution?;

ZVTK O/S went from 15 million to 2.1 Billion in one year and with a gagged T/A; we have to wait to find out what the Outstanding Share count is with every Quarterly. O/S as of today will be unknown until at least 45 days from now.

Consider since O/S was reported as 2,168,557,653 on February 16; almost 4,000,000,000 shares of ZVTK stock have traded since that day.

What the company has done with the dilution over the past year has no connection or relation to the Ionic Bulb selling portion of ZVTK.
