With that said, maybe the dilution reporting rules for PK and OTCBB are different, but in the past I've always seen the dilution announced, maybe they were not PK or OTCBB stocks. You are right, a stock dilution has nothing to do with the sale of a company's product. Would appreciate any further info from the MB on a company's responsibility for reporting stock dilution. GLTA
