So... management owns 1% of the outstanding stock???? wtf? That not very much at all...actually that isn't good enough. That tells me management has NO confidence in his own company or ability!! If he did he would own more ...and thers needs to be more management as well! Don't like this at all! May be someone should tell Luniel to buy more of his own stock since it is such a good company? Just a thought from an unhappy shareholder. Typically in a "good company" management would own no less than 25% of the outstanding! just lowered my bid to 5 cents
