Wow. Very good for CBAI. You learn something new every day. I had no idea that Nevada was such game for new businesses. No income and personal tax in Nevada? Really? Honestly, I started reading up their tax structure and laws, it seems so ideal. It sucks that its in the middle of the desert but who cares? I mean, why even incorporate in Delaware anymore? Very good for business. Very good for CBAI.
