Notice the increases all the time but what are you going to do; go without it. Not really. You just got to shop around as best as you can do.
I got 4 cars and I have been self insuring on collision and comprehensive for about 6 years now. No accidents and at least $12K saved used for new car purchases. I had accident 6 years ago Ford Taurus and insurance nickeled and dimed by forcing crap Tawinese parts so my out of pocket cost for $2,500 repair was not $500 but almost $800. I got 6 employees and getting reamed on employee health insurance since only at 50 employees is where lower rates from self insurance kick in. I think libilility and fire insurance went up about 30% but I have already passed that on to customers.
