I think libilility and fire insurance went up about 30% but I have already passed that on to customers.
Same is true of lot of other businessman. They have no choice, but to pass their costs onto their customers. Thus the inflation permeates the economy. The serious problem occurs when the practise becomes endemic and expected.
Auto insurates rates rose about 30% in MD this summer. I guess that's how insurance companies are trying to get back money that they lost in stockmarket and on Sept 11.
