Before you or someone else asks, no, Ken1 is NOT a part of the suit on either side.

It is shareholders that were willing to talk with Ken1 (Remember him from a while back?). This group signed proxies (not affidavits) for Mike Garrow to speak for us.

How is it possible to have so much confusion and lack of knowledge yet say it's for the shareholders?
