It is shareholders that were willing to talk with Ken1 (Remember him from a while back?). This group signed proxies (not affidavits) for Mike Garrow to speak for us. As I said on the 24th(?), he is the lead man. Personally, I would like to see him back at the helm of TFN. Things were taking off under him.
Other shareholders of direct TFN shares are in it too.

Before you or someone else asks, no, Ken1 is NOT a part of the suit on either side.
