That's probably also the reason for this latest round of dilution. Dean must have set the April 1 closing date based on the lenders promising the money this month (as he had mentioned to various callers as posted on this board). When there was another delay in funding, he had to go to the only alternative: shares. My guess is he's already got a plan in place to drop the os down below the 900 before the 2 weeks is up....
