pannymaverick, I think it is important that Mr. McMachen be as informed as he can be regarding this transaction. If he is a friend of yours, or if you happen to be a party to the transaction, I think you would be remiss if you let such matters as this SC 13D/A go unreported to Mr. McMachen and the SEC:

(e) During the last five years, such person was a not a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent jurisdiction.

The first order of business will be a ticker and cusip# change with a reverse split... Explain to me in great (or even wanderingly inadequate) detail how that will be good for shareholders.

We all have a right to our opinions. In my opinion,
they will start another 'venture' to do the same
thing as they did before...to take as much as they
can from investors, DUMPNG shares and diluting their
stock into oblivion, while releasing BS Press Releases
along the way. Huge profits can be made by a company
on the OTCBB, even when it fails miserably. That is a
FACT, and something that Stock Promoters would prefer
we not talk about, imvho.
