It seems this does not just lend itself to the pinky world. Look at today's political landscape. There are loons popping up on both sides of the isle. Calling and making threats to Senators and Congressmen. Throwing rocks at headquarters. Sending white powder to our elected officials. I would define these people as radical loons.
Yep. As I listened to the news reports, I was thinking: "How many of them are Xers?"... It's exactly the same kind of behavior. Of course, most of the Xers aren't openly threatening; merely irrational and childish. Why they've imagined for five years that spamming Congress and the mainstream media with their "demands" will get them anywhere is beyond me.
Maybe we could immortalize them by popularizing the term "Xer behavior".
