Boardrider: if you READ it carefully, Dean says "will be fully funded within the next two to three weeks". Obviously, with a little deductive logic, he will have some before that (as in advance) to finish up buyback before he decides to announce that the funds are received in full. Obviously as well he would prefer to buyback before announcing any major news.

Surprised that some just can't understand that...
