"Of course, the company has to be conscious enough to understand that if they want the pps to increase, they need to reduce the shares outstanding. That can only be responsibly done by a share buy back program."

Sloth, you've got to be kidding me. You understand a company needs cash in order to facilitate a stock bu back program. You do know that, don't you? You think this company has cash of any kind? Nevermind that, you can't survive without someone extending you credit.

There is a thing called resistance. Every uptick represents billions of shares people will glady part with to get even or minimise their loss. The ONLY way this ever moves north will be via a reverse split.

If they intitute a buyback program of any kind first...I owe you dinner. It might be a responsible thing to do, but this company is not, and likely will never act in a responsible way because of the financial mess they find themselves in.

And as far as your opinion that a few good orders will eliminate debt and they will be profitable? Based on what I've seen, with no sales or marketing to speak of and a few fat cats selling shares and keeping up the charade afforded by keeping the lights on...27 million in debt is not going to go away.

Considering that at minimum, you need to clear 35% profit on each sale to cover fixed and variable expenses, do the math using 27 million that you need to make go away until your P&L statement is in the black...

The only way to make this stock move north is to reduce the authorized and outstanding shares, and there are no options other than a reverse split.

We've already seen days where the buying pressure is greater than the selling by 100's of millions of shares. The upside resistance is just to great. i applaud that you are holding on to hope, but face it. This is a dead horse that survives on suckers willing to buy this thinking this is heading North someday.

If they don't file bankruptcy wiping out all shareholders equity and starting anew, a would be shocked.

Nutriman,

Is there a public site to get the time and sales info as opposed to part of a trading platform?

In other words where to you get the data for the volume of buys on the ask vs. sells on the bid.

Thanks
