"Even if big news does hit and this goes up to a dollar or 2, thats not why these people got in." You state that as a matter of fact but it is pure speculation on your part. Nothing more. Just because you may believe it doesn't make it true. Were you in the room when they were negotiating with KATX? Have you had conversations with these people and they told you what sort of ROI they are expecting? I could say "these investors are hoping to make a 50% profit on their investment over the next 2 years" and it would have just as much validity as any of these ridiculous statements you toss around, buddy.
