If your a investor and you are going to give a company 5 million bucks for stock only, your going to find out everything the company is working on, and your going to get in for alot more than a "small profit". These guys know alot more than we do about KATX, and they have a very clear understanding on whats going on and what the short and long term potentials are for this company. If there wasn't a good chance of them seeing a heafty return on their investment then they would not have done this deal.
