#5809 RE: winnracing #5808

That was released last month after the first postponement. All I can read out of that is the court ordered blockage of info. Thats fine. But the Farley's info was leading me to believe that it was all but settled and they just needed to show it to the judge. That's what I got out of it. (Methinks others thought that way too).
If what you say is true, then we are all back to where we were in September.
So far, from what I have seen, you are the only person saying "Court's Over".

winnracing court is not over yet.. case is still active(Jack put word "hoping for a resolution at any time" means not over yet..)
and I think Jack lost his confidence on court outcome
because when you compare two comments that Jack put on the Facebook on feb. 24th and march 19th the word that he put are not same meaning.
as you see his comment on feb 24th "There will be some very positive press releases within the next few weeks" but.. on march 19th he comment "anticipate(another word.. hope) having some very positive announcements in the near future"(changes few weeks to near future)
he was sure about settlement before court.. but after court.. seems to me he lost his confidence on his word..
I think settlement takes more time then we think..

"We are under instructions to not put out any press releases until we settle the court case and complete the audits to the satisfaction of the British Columbia SEC.
Any press releases will be material events that have to be cleared with our securities attorney and the BC SEC....
There will be some very positive press releases within the next few weeks."

We’ve had quite a few requests for comments. While we still have nothing official to release, we are in negotiations on several fronts, and anticipate having some very positive announcements in the near future. We are still held back from commenting on the court case, but we are hoping for a resolution at any time.
