You make a good point kpsk82
What Im taking to the bank more than what Jack is posting is the ecourts website.
This is all public record witch means anyone without any connections to either parties could set in the court room & listen to the case & hearing on any giving day.
eCourts website is really prompt to post any new court date settings, any settlement or new evidences submitted by either parties pertaining to the case... But nothing has been posted at all from ecourt... its like the hearing started on 3/17 and has never stopped, and the judge has never adjourned for the day so everyone can go home, go to eat or whatever.
Ive never seen this from ecourt before, ever...
So I had to ask a trial lawyer what he thought the deal may be, his reply was it could be the judge gave both parties a certain amount of time to settle the issue due to the fact both parties had came to an agreement and was just needing time to word the fine print of a settlement on paper.
This lawyer also had to check out ecourts link to AVVAA vs NIP hearing because he'd never seen ecourt not post any information like this case either, he seemed very surprised that no data had been posted by ecourt & was the one that said it was almost like the hearing started & has never adjourned for the day... & this is a lawyer that has probably seen it all...
So something is going down, and along with everyone here waiting, we now have a law firm wanting to see what this judge hearing this case has allowed to keep a public hearing not a public hearing anymore, because if ecourt is not posting daily activities it was most likely ordered by the hearing judge...? Even in high profile cases ecourt will post courts over for the day & will start back the next...!!!
So it can be pretty much guaranteed "something" will show up on ecourts website real soon...!
One thing I thought was pretty funny, this attorney asked me if i was setting on a billion dollar company/stock...!!! my reply was NO, but that would be nice...
