Take a look at your Proxy on page 12, the employment agreements.

President Bill Schmitz gets a $25,000 bonus if WindTamer gets $2.5 million in revenue and/or government grants by 12/31/10.

VP Operations Adeeb Saba gets a 4% bonus up to $2.5 million ($100,000) plus 1% for $2.5 million to $10 million (up to another $75,000).

Founder and CEO Gerald Brock is "eligible for a bonus at the discretion of the Board of Directors to be paid solely out of positive EBITDA."

If they don't hit $2.5 million to $10 million this year, it won't be from lack of trying! I am guessing that they must expect to go a lot higher.

If these guys have such bonuses, there MUST be something in the employment agreement for the VP of Sales, Mark Matthews. Anybody got it? For some reason, it's not listed with the others. Guess I'll have to go digging.

beachfrontbuy.........does the math in post 884 hold water using he sliding scale approach that you explained in your earlier post? Or is it all the same thing in the end? My gut tells me no. That said this is all outside anything i can pass judgement on. Can you help explain.
