Employment Agreement for Mark Matthews, per Exhibit 10.30 of the 10-K bound into the Annual Report, is on the Form 8-K dated 12-17-09.
Finally found it on www.secinfo.com:
"Commission. In addition to his Base Salary, Mr. Matthews shall receive commission payments equal to five percent (5%) of all sales of the Company recorded during calendar year 2010 with mutually agreed upon margin requirements on such sales."
So sales of $2.5 million are worth a $125,000 commission, and sales of $10 million are worth a $500,000 commission. But there is NO limit to what the VP of Sales can earn this year! For NEXT year: “The commission structure of Mr. Matthews for calendar year 2011 and beyond shall be reasonably adjusted by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.” – talk about incentive!
The VP of Finance and Controller, Molly Hedges, doesn't get a direct dollar bonus, but she gets 100,000 stock options!
Their base salaries are not shabby, but those stock options are worth a whole lot if the market likes WindTamer.
