I would be worried that XMDC would do a RS and then dump lots of shares diluting my 541M @ .049 to next to nothing..

What would a 8994-1 RS split do to 541M shares?

By the way 541M / 8994 = 60k

Wouldn't you too be worried, not having any control over the companies actions, or would you trust XMDC?
