In short that means...in my opinion... EIGH is not overvalued but more so in a consolidation phase. While there is still alot of float out there in flippers hands, alot has been bought up as well. I think the A/D line is just lower than it actually should be because of some end of day funny business going on. Yesterday, like I mentioned, in the final minutes EIGH was traded at ~.09, popped right back up to .10, then with 3 seconds left dropped to .09 again. If it would have just lasted at the .10 the A/D line would have risen instead of fallen again..
