So ? Brian said he would raise funds through the selling of shares..
That's what a public company does.
Production-runs and marketing cost money and i can only hope that's what he's using it for.
He said he'd buy them back once revenues come in :-)

Question
Does a company have to file a special kind of form before they can start a buyback or can they do so at will ?
