Brian is giving a vague and unjustifiable reason for his persistent campaign of issuing shares.

Almost 6 billion new shares have been issued under Brian's management and we have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to remotely justify such a gross and unethical amount of dilution.

A buyback is not even in the picture since Brian is continuously diluting to this day. Talking about a buyback during a dilution spree, is futile.
