Best case you say is 10 to 1 dilution, So you are saying we go from 70 million shares to 700 million shares. HUH, other than an IMO, what do you base that on.

That does not make any sense----of course you dilute earnings if you issue warrants that are exercised. BUT 10 x is not in the cards. 10% maybe, but 10 times I doubt.
