Where do you see the 40 % is from the 1.5 billion shares? Nowehere that I can understand.

People are twisting things in an incredible way.

The PR put out by QASP says: 40 % of the OS. The AS was increased to accomodate that 40 %, to be given to the lender.

soooooooo, THE OS at that moment Plus the 40 % of the OS at that moment should not be greater than the AS (1.5 billion shares)>

What is so difficult to comprehend?

1.5 billion - 600 million = 900 million.

We are at 899 million.......

Yes it is simple my man! Just numbers with finite parameters. Now we need more new investors with enough intrest to buy into this dream.
