I have had my share of "nightmares" at HD, needless to say, I do not do business with them anymore.

My nightmare stories with HD pale in comparison to the experiences I have had with BBY. If they were the only electronics store left on the planet, I would find a cave and revert back to my ancestry!

My first choice is OSH, alas they are more expensive and their selection is limited. I use LOW as a backup.

I hate HD, unless you are a professional builder/plumber, you can die lousy at that store.

Joe, often times when a large store is out of something they show they have on hand, it is due to "shrinkage". In real busy stores with a large turnover, it's especially acute with the high ticket items.
