TG- I went to HD to get a power tool the other day. I went to Wesley Chapel store. Their computer said that they had 2 but could not find any to sell. This is a cordless tool so the display would not do me without the charger, battery, etc.
I got the SKU and called Lawrenceville hwy store. They said they had four. I went ther and they could not find any except the disply. Then, as I was getting ready to leave they realized that the 3 they were missing were the 3 reconditioned ones at the bargain table. Reluctantly I bought one of those for 30% off.
Sure enough, I got it back home and the charger was shot and would not charge the battery. So I took it back and waited 20 minutes for a manager to come ok the return. While waiting there I heard another customer chew out another department manager for their inventories all ways being off.. this was a contractor that used large quantities and would call ahead.
Well, the manager finally showed. I showed him that it would not work. He said, "well you got a good deal on it didn't you!" What the fack! I want a tool that works. Since thet did not have a new one I reurned it and went to LOW. I spent about 3 freaking hours chasing around town for damn tool. I swear I'll never go to HD again. LOW is my choice if I can not find it at my store.
