If we could see how many times other posters have read a post, we'd be more inclined to want to read them...(participate in the conversation perhaps).

This directly ties into my suggestion that we have an ability to recommend another post so that it draws attention to the post when the attention is deemed worthy by the reader. See?

I realize they were presented as part of a dialogue, but I don't know the proper form number (MgmIH 673) for making change requests.
