On that same note BBDA is making a percentage of each Potencia and Koma sold. Now what that percentage is we don't know, could be 1% or could be 90%.

And that's why it's a bigger scam than most people think.

You've got the core business selling "ideas" to their secondary company. The owners of the "ideas" could charge as much as they want for the licensing and the BBDA (shareholders) would have no say in it.

It is actually a great play by Brain because it completely protects his core business while using/risking everyone else's investment.

Ok, now we're getting somewhere. But, and there's always a but, explain to me if it's a fact that DLR owns the "trademark", and BW is "paying for the rights to use the name", who is paying for the advertising on the Koma Truck, BW?
Daisy owns the truck, Daisy owns the brand, and BW is paying for the advertising on Daisy's truck, but Daisy owns the brand for Koma?
Bad smell coming from NC don't ya think?

and the truck will be sponsored by Potencia Energy Blast, as well as Alpina Bottled Water.

If I am not mistaken trademarks and patents can be sold, correct? Perhaps BBDA actually did acquire the KOMA Unwind brand.

"1. Over the next twelve months, management
intends to devote a substantial amount of
time and effort to building the newly acquired KOMA UNWIND brand."

Good point.
