My opinions on "Koma Unwind" ownership

Thanks to SammyTheBull's DD, he made us aware that DLR Associates is the owner of the "Koma Unwind" trademark. This trademark was filed on July 28, 2009.

When I read through the Quarterly report (3rd Qtr) that Brian has filed with pinksheets.com, the analysis section revealed an interesting sentence:

"1. Over the next twelve months, management intends to devote a substantial amount of
time and effort to building the newly acquired KOMA UNWIND brand."

Since the trademark still belongs to DLR Associates then it would suggest that DLR is still the owner of "Koma Unwind" and Bebida Beverages is paying for the rights to use the name.

I would love for Brian to disclose the terms of services (TOS) for the agreement between DLR Associates and Bebida Beverage Company.

Additionally, Brian told me that there is also TOS agreement between Potencia and BBDA that was supposed to have been uploaded to PinkSheets.com a few months ago -- but it wasn't. Apparently, Bebida Beverages is paying for the marketing and selling costs of the Potencia products while Potencia receives income for each product that is sold. Aside from skewed "gross sales" numbers, the real profit from this deal goes to Potencia while Bebida pays for costs.

The problem with all these shuffling antics is that it seems like Bebida Beverage Co. paying, paying, paying while DLR Associates, Potencia LLC, Daisy Ramirez Motorsports and even RaceFumes find ways to keep billing, billing and billing Bebida Beverage Co.

Meanwhile, Bebida Beverage Co. needs to keep diluting in order to meet growing cost demands of these private businesses.
