Scotch: here are a few of the points which Zenergy could answer but has ducked. Shouldn't stockholders have this information about an investment?
1. Zenergy is NOT producing biodiesel.
2. Zenergy has no cash to startup or run Greenlight.
3. Zenergy took $570,000 and falsely reported stock issued to compensate.
4. Zenergy promised transparency and PRs which never happened.
5. Zenergy has no functioning employees or offices.
6. Zenergy is by definition bankrupt- Owes A LOT more than owns.
7. Zenergy gave all free traded stock to Founders who sold and pocketed the money - none went to fund Zenergy. Is why cash poor.
8. The CEO filed bankruptcy and UCC last year. True and settled?
9. There is a lot of money in loans to Zenergy with no assets or money in bank to show for it.
RE:I tell the current shareholders to keep up your optimism....
I think that ship sailed... Might be a little raw hope, but where is Zenergy to PR, picture, or explain long standing questions?
