It was my understanding that IR is a shareholder, and therefore is told the minimum allowed.....do not believe IR holds Non-Disclosure...

That being said, my opinion is that this is and never was a "scam" and that the CEO is not selling shares to pay off purported past personal problems...

It takes just a sense of some Decency to be able to criticize a stock or its performance without painting the CEO as a scumbag and/or thief..

This tearing down rather than trying to have some Humility and Decency seems to be rampant, even in govenment. That why nothing gets accomplished.

While the doubters do make it somewhat awkward to be positive... I tell the current shareholders to keep up your optimism....
