First if you think a 1.4 bil O/S is alot, then you don't trade to many sub penny stocks. Second the float (shares actually traded on the the market) is 400 mil and that is very low for a sub penny stock. Third if your everyone's savior and have proof of all this illegal activity going on why don't you report it to the SEC or FINRA instead of talking on here. The day you post a copy of your complaint to either or then maybe you can be taken serious.
