You have to contact the stores directly. I went through one weekend and e-mailed like 15 of them. One said he wanted to stock it as he knew another one was . . . .
"The stores in Memphis are not currently carrying Koma brand drinks. I have seen information that the stores in the Birmingham, Alabama area were handling the product. We will keep our eye for a distribution source."
Yes, that's correct. Most likely BBDA's deal is really with Piggly Wiggly Alabama Distributing Company, Inc. Basically a supplier that'll list the products in their offerings. It would be up to individual stores to carry it.
That could be 1 Little Piggly Wiggly. Was there a safe harbors attached to that news? Could be 0 Little Piggly Wiggly. You have to give BBrian credit. He is as persistent as Carnes. Just not as good at it. Cut from the same cloth (cheese cloth).
Confirmed. It's not "the Alabama division of Piggly Wiggly", it's the co-op distributor operating as "Piggly Wiggly Alabama Distribution Company, Inc". There's no connection between the stores. And the 300 stores in 3 states in the pr would be if each and every store ordered product from the supplier which will never happen.
