Of course, you are correct, BUT my computer is sitting on my kitchen table so if it's stolen I have much bigger problems than any personal data on the machine. It's a consumer machine after all. It's easier to steal my identity off the web.
Until Wave or somebody else sets up a system that accepts my consumer trusted id -- that part of the system doesn't matter. I may change my tune in two weeks. SKS's comments about the beta going to the next stage during the next two weeks may start changing EVERYTHING -- and make Barge RIGHTER as we all hope.
