Thanks. I haven’t spoken with Mr. Hodges, but if he’s not offering any evidence to back up his claims to the court or the New York Times, why would he give it to me?
Hate to say this, but this reporter at the Times, Floyd Norris, is one of the best. He’s not “friendly” to anyone. Just goes where the facts take him. He’d love to cream the SEC, DOJ, etc., as any good journalist would. If there was anything here besides a bunch of unfounded claims, he’d have beaten me to it. Any lawyer can file a lawsuit saying anything. And the people who want to believe in Hodges are the same people who were duped in this penny stock scheme in the first place. So history suggest their beliefs may be once again misplaced.
Sorry, but there is an extreme lack of evidence in this case. Lots of intrigue – like why is this Howard Hughes guy in it – but no tangible facts. I’m not even sure after reading everything that this company had anything more tangible than a funny car.
I’m open to changing my mind about this, but that would involve evidence, and Hodges has shown none.
