I look at a lot of real estate debt in my job, not a pretty picture out there in that arena, not sure how it will play out but guessing we will see lower values before we see stabalizing and recovery of both commercial and residential properties.
Funny I used to shoot for just 10% on trades could hit it pretty much most the time kept my risk factor down. Wife won't be giving me any allowance if this don't pan out lol.
