mordicai, if that is the case, rosen sure had his reasons NOT to inform the EC, because he knew they would never agree with what they offered imo.

Do you believe KQ and PQ will be treated igual regarding the eventually % payment of the face value.

Is there any chance that the EC's motion to intervene will be granted by March 26th?

If it is granted then what would that mean?

Would that mean that now the settlement talks should start again and EC has to be convinced on a new plan before they announce any new settlement?
