I was able to pick up some more after the dip (not anywhere near it!) I think, like i said last night that they would do this. I put up a new theory, but I did not think it would go so deep. Reptile told me that they could not just settle the SJ and move on. I figured they would keep THJMW from making her decision and move forward with the other claims. They may still end up under her wrath, I don't know BK law and how it works with debtors. Rosen did say that the Board of Directors would need to approve of the settlement. I would think the EC would also or we would have had this a month ago, when Clarke asked for the delay. This is not that good! I am of the midset of Mary, Viv and Bop over on Yahoo, they think it is basically a ploy and increases in all offerings will be needed.
I am sure Cross wil publish something next week with the court. Probably an expedited request for hearing. We'll just have to see.. Sorry so many of you got burned, but we are Vultures and CNBC says "WAMU is a lottery ticket!" HUM! Many who had built up confidence, now are feeling dejected,
